We need to realize that THIS is EXACTLY how the right mobilized to such a significant and extreme degree. It was a concerted effort by conservatives to build from the ground up. Progressive NEED to do the same.

With all the news on Twitch’s new VOD and highlight policy, I’m very glad that I started the habit years ago of locally recording my VODs. Now I’ve often taken the approach of never trusting services to act as permanent repositories for data because this is what can end up happening, and it sucks.

It’s important to realize that conservatives don’t “own” Christianity. I personally believe that progressives need to change the narrative. Many good people who believe in Jesus are constantly being lead astray from Jesus’ own teachings by the far right. I know these people are reachable.
