Got email from MSFT today saying Skype was being shut down. They're going to try to replace it with the poorly designed Teams application. They had to shut Skype down because it was a better app and would prevent the migration. Dumb.

Just learned that the Science Fiction Book Club closed down at the beginning of this month. Many fond memories of budget minded hardbacks that transported my young self to other worlds, times, and even dimensions. Certainly fundamental in molding my imagination and creative impulses.

I think Love Hurts is getting bad reviews because it sounds like a romantic comedy. It's not a romantic comedy. It's like a 70's kung-fu flick with a bit of the Coen Brothers flavoring. Stupid people often make this kind of mistake in picking movies. I enjoyed it. Would watch again.
