Alaska just had its first-ever heat advisory. Yes, you read that right. ALASKA. 😳 We need bold climate action and we need it NOW. #ClimateEmergency #ActOnClimate

We can always use a good laugh! 😁

proud to call this place home for the last 8 years🩵 www.oregonlive.com/portland/202... Tens of thousands join peaceful ‘No Kings’ protest in Portland; much smaller crowd turns chaotic at ICE facility - oregonlive.com

Bondi is correct. Yes. The protests are different. The protestors in LA are protesting masked gestapo agents abducting and disappearing people from the streets without due process. And the Jan 6 protesters were trying to disrupt the peaceful transfer of power and overthrow the American government.

That was about insurrection. This is about rights protection.

Funny how the paperwork only matters when it’s a woman or minority voter.

All Social Security and Medicare recipients must join together and insist that Elon pay the price for breaching our data. We do not deserve this treatment from anyone. We earned our benefits, and we need our benefits to survive. #wtpBLUERESISTS #DemVoice1 #ProudBlue

Last Wednesday, we took a nice walk around the three reservoirs in Mt Tabor Park. Always beautiful views. Another reason to love living Portland, Oregon.

Fourth Sunday of Advent (with TipTip and Trixie)

And this is why we keep it up. Getting Trump pissed at Musk is the only way we'll get rid of Musk. Donnie's ego will never tolerate it.

Third Sunday of Advent

Our dining room sideboard set for the season. Memories. Christmas tree from my grandmother Dunsing. Snowflakes made by my friend Alexander W. German Christmas ornaments given to us by my Mom after one of her visits to Germany. Needlepoint artwork by my friend in San Francisco, Susan Baker-Lehne.

Second Sunday of Advent.

Why do so many people on Blue Sky post about the importance of having many... thousands... of followers to be important... or to matter? What gives? I, myself, am just me. If you follow me, or if I follow you, it's because there is a connection; not to collect people to feel good about myself.

A little bit of cuteness from nine years ago. Our Mr. Poncho contemplating.
