Yesterday in the West Sussex sunshine. Jonathan Creek's windmill!

Stouffer guards the stage in anticipation of Harry Hill at Wilton’s Music Hall…a brilliant night out.

Too try and boost the interest in #MusicHall on #MusicHallMonday here are a couple of blue plaques. Vesta Tilley just off Hove seafront (I used to live a couple of hundred yards from there). Also a Will Hay one from a house in Streatham. @youngalison.bsky.social @musichallsociety.bsky.social

RIP Brian Murphy. I shall watch some of his impeccable work later today.

A couple of cracking panto flyers from my Roy Hudd archive.

Dad Christopher Beeny is in this as a child actor. I've never seen this even though I have it on an unopened dvd. Any good film buffs?

It's panto season. Oh no it isn't, oh yes.... Here a flyer Dad was in with the legend Robin Askwith! By sheer coincidence I shall be at Robins gig tomorrow in London.

This week, I shall mostly be eating, leeks.

I am sharing the photos from my visit to Doncaster yesterday, as promised. Notice the shop that was featured as the exterior filming location for Open All Hours, now with an Auction sign on display in the window. I wonder if it will sell this time?
