They should give a retro Oscar each year to a picture that got snubbed in previous years. They could do two at a time, and start back with "Citizen Kane," which lost out to "How Green Was My Valley" in 1941, and "It's a Wonderful Life, which lost out to "The Best Years of Our Lives" in 1946.
