There is deep rooted trauma that can resurface from your childhood when you start to spiral in perimenopause...mine stems from being the only Lil black girl in rural Indiana in the 80s...and now I'm turning 50 next week...and those traumas are swimming right back to me🤦🏾‍♀️#trauma#blackgirl#struggle
