Came home to "Born Yesterday" showing on #TCM and I can't tell you how much I love this movie. Judy Holliday is perfection as she drives a gruff Broderick Crawford crazy. And William Holden is ... William Holden. One of my top-10 favorite movies, for sure.

This morning I fell *down* the stairs leaving my apartment. Well, I slipped near the top, bypassed the next 5 steps, and hit the middle landing hard on my feet. Had to sit for 10 minutes to recover. Scared the woman who runs the pilates studio on the 1st floor. Sigh.

Final update from my Shingrix shot last Thursday: arm hurt like hell for 4 days and I had extreme fatigue. I took today off so I could get some rest. The 2nd shot in July might kill me, judging by this one. 😂

I never realized how often I reach up with my right arm. After my Shingrix shot yesterday, that arm feels like it was hit with a lead pipe. Other than that I just have some fatigue so far. I hope that's all I have from this shot.

Got some laundry done during a break in the storms. I'm currently icing my knees so I can put the clean sheets on my bed later. Never thought those two routine activities would become so difficult to manage.

Had my last shopping trip to my neighborhood #walgreens because the shelves are literally bare for their last 3 weeks open. Used the last of my loyalty points and will never shop with them again. They did this to themselves, so I hope it was worth it.

I am freaking out. All efforts to find $ to pay Feb rent came up empty. Even the most evil short-term lenders gave me a pass. I know I put myself in this mess, so don't really need lectures. Better start packing essentials before the sherrif shows up next week.

Only 2 more days of overtime to go, & I hope I survive. The added stress is really affecting me, & while I appreciate a little extra pay, it isn't really helping with my situation. Thought I had help coming but it's been sidetracked. Now I can't pay rent in 2 days. So frustrated.
