While we’re talking about Mario Kart my hot take is that I do **not like** Double Dash. I didn’t play it when it was around and have gone back several times to try it out and my god that game controls so differently than any other Mario Kart. The two racer kart mechanic is… fine

Mario Kart is obviously a good launch game: it sells like hotcakes. But hoping for something else with a little more meat on it. Mario kart is fun but is inherently monotonous for me especially not having anyone locally to play with. Throw a bigger area type mode akin to a Forza and we’re talking.
