Here is one of my favorite flies (Diptera) from this year--An Ochthera sp. (Ephydridae) ONy recorded on iNaturalist in RI once before this summer, I found two and a third was found during an RINHS trip to Block Island. There is much to learn. #RINHS #RIDiptera #Ephydridae

Since one is expected to post, I'll note that I've had a couple of Samsung Galaxies, but got a Pixel 9 this time and boy is it cheap. Screen can be scratched by wing gusts over 5mph and it somehow cracked even with a screen saver in place. Never again.
