I have a recipe for chicken which is kinda similar...dip your fillets in beaten egg and then into crumbled cornflakes mixed with grated parm. Can be quite dry so best to use thigh meat and serve with a ratatouille, I had forgotten about it till I saw your post. I'm thinking I might try your recipe 🤔

There's a saying in my family that you know it's good soup if it makes your nose run...kinda gross, but it shows it's helping your sinuses. Homemade chicken soup is the best, grannies always make the most amazing soup and my granny always put rice in hers. Magic ✨
