Cooking for one is hard, so I cook like I always have, then portion it out & freeze. Tonight I'm warming up homemade spaghetti sauce. Got my cheese & sourdough ready, but I'm a real person with real faults. I'm out of spaghetti & too lazy to go to the store, so angel hair it is.

I have a request to all direct patient care healthcare workers & those of you who work with someone who's a family caregiver. Ask the caregiver how 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆'𝗿𝗲 doing. Ask what 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 need. We become invisible. When I went to work, it was "How's Mom?" from 100% of my coworkers 100% of the time.

Fck Google. Stopped using it awhile ago. I use Duck Duck Go – better results, privacy and NO POP UPS, EVER. Google's ads are out of control, the pop ups are as annoying as they are invasive & their results aren't organic, they're controlled by Google. Yeah, they can fck right off.
