this may be a bit graphic u-u over the week, my body had a pretty strong reaction to mental stress. Which manifested in a flare up in my throat and now my throat is covered in ulcers. It’s been insanely uncomfortable @-@ it hurts a lot to eat, sleep, and drink.

I think I have aphantasia to some degree. It’s hard for me to picture things in my head esp from nothing. I don’t have a strong imagination But I can think in concepts and abstract reasoning, and observations (past and current). so idk when I draw. It’s like I’m using a camera. Framing a scene.
