Nothing has convinced me as much of the body having an internal clock as the cold I’m having right now because like why was I perfectly fine until like 2 minutes ago when my whole body suddenly started aching like an arthritis ridden old man.

For the record, I am very interested in the psychology of regression. Regression is a real thing, it can be practiced, it can be felt. I've personally seen and helped people set their adulthood down for a while like it's luggage. You can do it too.
