Hello, I make music compositions and arrangements! Stuff I can compose for: Roland SC-55, Roland SC-88/Pro, OPNA FM, GBA (especially rom hacks), and streamed audio. Reach out if you want to commission anything or if you want to talk retro games!

If anyone ever makes a Lunar Legend decomp, or has proper documentation on it, I'd love to try and fix the soundtrack to it. I'd have to see if it could be resampled at a higher sample rate (if it isn't too intensive), and potentially use the GB channels and more instruments + polyphony.

listening to the new lady gaga album on the dreamcast, as god intended

Please, NISA, have Farewell Zemuria on the Switch 2... 🤞

"He had to do Märchen Garden three times in a row for the tenth time"

Ristar's birthday reminding me that we still need a sequel...One that holds up to the original.

Selfish of me to want this, but it would be nice being commissioned to rearrange Xanadu Scenario 2 Tracks like they're Revival Xanadu songs. Wouldn't reach Matsuoka's quality, but I'd definitely give it my all.

Two new Legend of Heroes IV SC-55 Plus arranges: youtu.be/JDDYSepa_nY Original composer is Atsushi Shirakawa. youtu.be/svwwCZ9VGJI Original composer is Takahiro Tsunashima.

The Far Place by "Manabu Saito"...I kneel... "Look Out!!" has got to be one of my favorites of his though.

I've said this a million times before, but how come Jinn Eternal Hero's soundtrack was right under our noses and we didn't notice?

Please tell me I'm not the only one who has years of experience, but will still sometimes make arrangements or compositions that sound like I had only been composing for a week. Kind of a frustrating thing to work around, especially whenever it happens with a commission.

Designs for @stargazaar.bsky.social's Snakewood Rebirth Rhybone / Cyberior

Switch 2, bros...Finally can play future Daybreak era games with the cool graphical effects...

New Legend of Heroes IV SC-55 Plus! www.youtube.com/watch?v=qN9y... Original composer is Naoki Kaneda!

The fact that TGL/Giga have one of the best FM guitars for higher octave parts is honestly impressive. I just wish they had more patches.

The level of devoted I am to Legend of Heroes IV SC-55 Plus is insane. Sometimes I'll go to bed listening to the original tracks remaining so I can be more used to them. It's bordering on obsession, but that's how it is trying to reach perfection...

We need a Ristar 2.

Gen ai is poisoning our power grid, stealing intellectual property, using precious water, and ruining the internet with unreliable information and garbage imagery. Don't use it, and don't normalize it, even for laughs.

I'm sorry guys, but I liked Delicious in Dungeon more than Dandadan... The former has the fantasy RPG vibes to it, plus comfy interactions and food to offset the serious parts. Still enjoyed both though!

It was last minute, but I got my tree up in time. Really brings the living room together. Merry Christmas everyone. ✨🙏

The soundtrack to Ancient Ys Vanished and its sequel are soundtracks I wish I could have witnessed when they were first made. Unfortunately, I was born when sequenced music started to become rare...

Shirakawa's FM orchestral snare drum lives rent free in my head because of how good it is. It's used in "The Great Battle of Bolt" for instance, and it makes me want to dance along to the music.

My commissions are open for a bit!

Two new Legend of Heroes IV SC-55 Plus arranges! Both songs are originally by Atsushi Shirakawa. youtu.be/daourcTqS2A?... youtu.be/EDJduRyG2D0?...

Should I work on more Legend of Heroes IV SC-55 Plus, or wait until after a month long break away from the SC-55 mkII to work on it?

You ever just have imposter syndrome as a composer? Like, some days it feels like I just started and don't have over half a decade of experience. Maybe it's because I don't pick up on everything everyone else knows at this point, but I definitely haven't been slacking.

Matsumura had two moods at Falcom: making great rock music with FM or FM-esque instruments, and circus music

If someone sees a project I've posted on Discord that I have yet to upload to YouTube, even if it's a WIP, I'd really appreciate being pestered to do that. I'm sitting on a HUGE number of projects. Have to be in the hundreds at this point.

New arrangement! I arranged this unused theme in Pokemon RGB. The original song is really rough around the edges, but I do like the concept. www.youtube.com/watch?v=riwv...

Really want to compose a soundtrack for the SEGA Genesis. It would be surreal hearing the music on console.
