Has anyone tried watching the current, Star Wars IP (movies and shows) chronologically? How long did it take you to do it? Did it make any of the movies feel more/less impactful?

Reminder to myself that when I feel hopeless and despair seeing live music, dancing and celebrating with friends and strangers re-energizes me and lets me look up for a while. Been waiting to see Wormrot for nearly 10 years now. They were every bit as good as I had hoped. What a great night.

Anyway here’s an incredible album I’ve been enjoying. A crust masterpiece open.spotify.com/album/3FUw9u...

Well that guess I made last week basically came true, though silly me, I should have guessed DJT would publicly tell everyone to buy just hours before he overturned the tariffs causing the market rebound.

The top 1% made the most money they’ve ever made during Covid because of the market crash and now they are forcing it to happen again.

My prediction right now is that the market will drop even further, and quietly the people at the top will “buy the dip” extracting even more resources, these tariffs will be “overturned” or “adjusted” to help the imaginary numbers go back up and the ultra wealthy will have even more money.

Anyone going to the Hands Off! Protest in Raleigh tomorrow?

I’m going through and recording things I want to keep from the metaverse and rediscovering one of the best bands to come out of Orlando is such a treat. open.spotify.com/album/4mVKqK...

I miss doing knife stuff. The work sucked sometimes and the arrangement I was in was far from ideal. The pictures are the few I have from the tiny bit of actual making I got to do in my two years but it felt really good to be creating something. Life is good but damn I miss the days before Covid.

Reminiscing on this Ozzfest with a friend who went way back when and just absolutely kicking myself knowing I went for basically all of hardcore and metalcore bands and skipped S.O.A.D. What a C.H.O.D.E. I was as a kid

It’s near the end of the year, and looking back at some really incredible music experiences I’ve had one of the most moving was seeing Massa Nera at Eulogy in Asheville. It was one of those sets that take you by surprise and just blow you away. They’ve become probably my band of the year
