I have a task to do. I’ve known it for months. It’s due today. It’s taken me two weeks of mental work, two days of preparation, and countless hours of procrastination. Half done in 3 hours. Deadline is 9:00 pm. The exact same task, assigned to my non ADHD, husband, took 20 minutes. #ADHDAdults
