Putting this out there: in order to receive a pardon, the individual must accept their guilt. NO ONE who has accepted a pardon can proclaim innocence. Either they did it, or they perjured themselves to get out of it.

I teach juniors and seniors. I have "that kid" in class 6th period. He drives me and all the other students crazy, but I keep telling him how great his future can be. No matter the consequences the day before, he hugs me on the way in each day and promises to do his best. #teacherjoy

I've been an educator for 31 years. Tonight I heard from a former student who started a new job making a nice salary setting him up for a promising future. Tonight I also heard from one with 2 elementary age children who's been diagnosed with cancer.
