Just found out that my freshman college roommate/friend who passed away from breast cancer 15 years ago - her kid who was 3 when she died is starting college this fall at our alma mater. Holy shit I miss her and also time/grief is incredibly confounding.

This doesn't really seem important right now given *waves arms around at everything* but PWHL Vancouver is stupidly stacked, signing Micaela Cava. This expansion process has been a choice! We'll see what the long term effects on the league turn out to be next year at this time, but yeesh. #PWHL
