Wait… by pardoning the J6ers, Trump has directly provided “aid and comfort” to enemies of the constitution. Which is both the constitutions’ definition of treason, and disqualifies thin from office clearly under the 14th amendment.

Should we be outraged by the administration sending people to foreign prisons with no due process? Absolutely. My question for you however is: after 9-11 we shipped “terrorists” to Gitmo without trial for years, how is this different? Are we able to object now in a way we couldn’t then?
