Cocktail experiments continue using some of my uncles old bottles up. This time a daiquiri (recipe from the cocktail edit). I don't think I've ever made one of these before. Verdict very good! (Better than the Harvey wallbanger and tequila sunrise, not quite as magnificent as the margarita).
