Start een waakhond dat preken/uitingen van religieuze organisaties/scholen/verenigingen monitort. Zodra men foute uitingen ziet (haatzaaien, ongelijke rechten, vernederingen) dan moet de betreffende instelling beboet worden. En na meerdere overtreden sluiten. Dit om religie vrijheid te waarborgen.
