You know what chafes my ass? Living in Chicago, you go get a Gyros, and they shave it fresh from the cone. Here in Omaha, every fricken place, shaves a ton off, then reheats it on their grill. Dries it out. Doesn't take anything to slice it fresh. Lazy ass people!!!
