My thoughts on current #AI that I've used, they are a useful tool but without a decent understanding of what I'm asking it, it will give you incorrect results. Eg map audit log from app X to ECS. Some key fields picked out well others just totally made up. With knowledge of the schema I can go

I want a feature where I can block topics, for example I don't want to hear anymore about the Inauguration I select that and don't see any posts about it. Kind of a reverse trending.

My daughter came to walk the dog with me last night, nice clear night so got to see lots of the planets and then StarLink satellites went over. Was cool for her to see and gave me the chance to stress the importance of science at school.

A gentle reminder that if we miss the 1.5°C target (and we certainly will), the next target is 1.51°C and not 2°C. We need to keep fighting. Every tonne of CO₂ emitted makes the job of future CO₂ removal harder, and every 0.01°C of temperature increase makes the world more chaotic and dangerous.

Question for the #gaming nerds out there, #Xbox cloud gaming on my Surface outputting to TV was getting 30fps, on Xbox one x to TV 59fps. Is the hardware of the Xbox doing any rendering itself, I thought everything was done in the backend and the device was just output, thoughts?

Tried 3d printing an Xmas present for the kid today but it was too top heavy and failed. Will need to try again tomorrow with supports, always feels like a waste printing supports to throw away - well into the recycling bin anyway
