What’s important to the FA is that referees no longer make decisions and that all responsibility for player welfare and rule adjudication is passed on to some twats in a booth many miles away from the action.

I assume the cocaine has worn off because Millwall fans have gone deadly quiet since the second goal.

Millwall fans singing homophobic songs at Chilwell.

Humiliate them, Palace!

Can’t stand the use of ‘the likes of’ when people then list specifics. ‘You’re the fifth highest scorer in the Premier League, behind the likes of…’ only to then list the four players he’s behind. They’re not the likes of those players…they ARE those players!

Anyone for a wobbly engine thanks to turbulence?

Me watching Palace highlights vs Sunday chores waiting to be done. #cpfc

The new security scanners at Gatwick are amazing. Took less than 2 minutes to get through. No need to remove electronics or liquids. The least difficult experience I’ve ever had. #paxex

This appears to be the worst class of Championship teams promoted in a long time. Ipswich have had moments, but for the money spent they’ve been dreadful too often. Leicester shouldn’t have sacked Steve Cooper and the less said about Southampton the better.

Craig Pawson wouldn’t have hesitated sending off a West Ham player had they been guilty of fouling an Arsenal player in the position Skelly was in. VAR was helpful there but let’s not ignore the spinelessness of the original decision. He bottled it because it was Arsenal.

Fuck VAR.

Our goals from set pieces this season are a reminder that, under Roy Hodgson, we really didn’t put enough focus on the threat they can pose.

Andersen ❤️s Palace.

Guys. I think Ebs might be back.

Tony Gale: ‘Every player likes a volley….’ We’ve seen enough Will Hughes volleys to know that he doesn’t really love them 😂

Not sure what to make of this so far. It’s felt disjointed. But much of the focus is on defensive shape.

VAR is a disgrace. An utter disgrace.

Finally set up a Bluesky account 🙋🏻‍♂️

There is no fanbase as adept at booing as Everton are.

Noel Clarke isn’t just a scumbag, but a total coward. His victims will be heard and his behaviour will be brought further into the light. www.theguardian.com/culture/2025...

I met Voletta Wallace, back when I worked as a journalist in LA, at the press event for the Notorious film. She was a sweet, kindhearted lady who wouldn’t believe that her son was a drug dealing pimp. I just don’t think she could understand. May she rest in peace.

Flight attendants are trained to save lives. They work tremendously hard and don’t get the thanks they deserve, but will regularly stand in the way of danger when all instincts are to run.

I find it baffling that we live in an economic system where we should just accept that prices of products can go up and that we can’t in turn have or expect pay rises to match such cost of living increases. I know that’s a very simplistic interpretation of complex systems but it’s mental.

Zirkzee cost Man Utd £36.5m and he so often looks like someone who has won a competition for a chance to play Premier League football.

Im not sure what’s more damning. That Man Utd can be so poor or that Spurs can only muster a 1-0 lead against a side so poor.

Very sad news. An excellent writer and a really informative person.

The last time we beat Everton at home, I went home to find that my wife was in labour. I honestly can’t remember much about the game other than Conor Gallagher scoring a screamer. A great game and great memories. ❤️💙

Quid quo pro.

Stake are dodgy as fuck. On the other platform they encouraged users with big followings to publish content they didn’t own or produce, with the Stake watermark on it, to drive exposure of the brand. These users also didn’t disclose that they’d been paid by Stake to do so. Dodgy dodgy dodgy.

What a depressing sight it was to see Haaland run towards his own supporters, few in motion, stood there static, nearly all with phones out.

Man City vs Real Madrid tonight?

We’re moving out of London because we can’t afford to keep living here. A 2 bedroom flat is £1500+. It makes me deeply sad that that’s the case.
