I don't know who needs to hear this but sensory issues can get worse with stress so if people's chewing noises have suddenly become unbearable loud this might be the only sign you're gonna get that you're not ok. To add insult to injury, exercise helps.

My daughter drew the BEST birthday card—of my favourite musical—and I love it! 🥰 I took her to see her 1st show when she was 3 (MARY POPPINS). WICKED, SISTER ACT, & countless others over the years; then, her 1st Broadway show last summer, HADESTOWN at 17. Cheers to many more—years AND theatre! ❤️
