Well, it seems the 6 Nations in now dead to me. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇫🇷😳🤦‍♀️

I had a suggestion today from the Insta algorithm. It was a certain Hatie Kopkins. Turns out 48 of my 10k followers follow her, some even posting things along the lines of “you tell it like it is”. To be clear. Unless I feel like you’re following for pure irony, you’re already blocked.

Question France dwellers! Anyone have triple glazed windows but still need to use shutters to keep out heat in summer? Do the windows keep out the heat by themselves?

Trying to do my bit for tariffs.

Been chatting with one of my US insta buddies about the cost of eggs, now often $8/doz. Great article here if you want to better understand how US and European egg production differs. Add in avian flu and a truck driver shortage (Brexit flashbacks anyone?). www.huffpost.com/entry/differ....

I re-read the blog I wrote 5 years ago yesterday about Brexit. My feelings about it have not softened over time. rosbifblog.com/2020/01/31/a...

We had snow 🙌.

And awake at 4.00am again. I dreamt I’d invented a revolutionary centrifuge that dried clothes in seconds with no heat and used little energy. Then I dreamt a microwave meal I’d bought said to cook for 32 minutes and was understandably inedible. What’s wrong with me 😂

Introducing my very first Iris. Love this time of year, everything springing up with such hope and possibility. The first person I’d usually tell about these things would be my Mum, but she passed away just before Xmas. So, now I’m telling you. Thanks for listening.

I got a trail cam for Christmas and it has given me so much joy. So far, deer, hedgehogs, badgers, foxes and far too much footage of my cats 😀. I’m hoping the onset of Spring after French monsoon season is over might bring us even more.
