I finished The Favorites by Layne Fargo tonight and wow, what a spectacular novel. If you like reading about cut-throat sports competition, scandal, intensely flawed characters, and love in every sense of the word, then I highly recommend it. My 20th book of the year, and only my 4th 5-star rating.🤩
