Repost with the first album you bought with your own money.

So, the Wendy's Girl Scouts Thin Mint Frosty was kind of a let down. Despite it being advertised as having a swirl of thin mint fudge throughout, mine only had it on top and half of it stuck to the lid. The mint fudge is tasty for sure, but it kind of overwhelms the actual Frosty.

We're going to Wendy's for dinner tonight, solely so I can try the just-released Girl Scouts Thin Mint Cookie Frosty. (I love Wendy's, but we hardly ever get it. This will be what I think is our third time this decade.)

Trying Spicy Feta for the first time

It's always great when I read an old review of mine expecting the worst and finding some great zingers. That happened today when I wrote this Big Time Rush concert brief. At the risk of patting myself too hard on the back, here's a thread with lines from my previous BTR reviews that made me laugh.

When did you know?

Bro! Tickets for the second annual Breakaway (EDM) Music Festival go on sale Friday.

The new bakery on Grand charges $4 per bagel, with a limit of six. They also don't slice the bagels. For dinner, I'm toasting one and using it as the bun for a black bean burger, which cost $1.

53.

Today is my birthday. I came out of the closet on my 21st birthday and my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. I was a teen during AIDS, so I've been pleasantly surprised to see public sentiment warm toward queer people. There are still people who hate us, but they're the noisy minority.

In retrospect, perhaps with this stretch of arctic temps, I should have held off on getting that fade haircut yesterday
