This is interesting but I think it misses the point - Stevenson's core argument is that we should tax wealth, not income. How we do this is for smarter people than me to figure out although Neidle touches on it when he mentions reducing inequality by building our wealth base and closing loopholes.

You would've thought that Labour and their clown car show of a comms department might have learned from the US Democrats' disastrous plan of trying to stop Trump rather than, say, actually making people's lives better than this wasn't a smart idea. Alas, no.
