Adding to the long list of important things revealed by whistleblowers — CVS was overcharging Medicare for generic drugs, straining the system and raising prices for consumers.👇 www.healthcaredive.com/news/cvs-car...

Collective action works!

The claim that Emil Bove told DOJ lawyers they might have to say "fuck you" to court orders rightfully shocked people. The full scope of lawyer Erez Reuveni's claims, however, paints an even more damning picture. At Law Dork, here are 11 key allegations from the whistleblower disclosure —>

Whistleblowers are more important than ever.

Today is World #Whistleblower Day. At Whistleblower Partners, we’re proud to honor those who speak up. Their courage protects us all. Learn more about the vital role whistleblowers play in this piece by @anticorruption.bsky.social:

Totally secure and protected.

Exactly. We need more info from the inside. We need to focus on how insiders can provide public interest info w/o losing their jobs or being vilified. Collectively, together, we can draw a picture of what’s going on.

"Everyday people standing between authoritarianism and our freedom scare the administration. They reveal the greatest informal mechanism for democratic enforcement: not kings... but the power of the people." Together, we have power. From @tressiemcphd.bsky.social www.nytimes.com/2025/06/13/o...

Elon Musk might be getting a taste of the bullying and intimidation whistleblowers are too often forced to face alone - except they don't have billions of dollars to weather the consequences, nor a record of mistreating workers who blew the whistle on them.

Thanks to @psst-org.bsky.social co-founder, Jennifer Gibson, for moderating this panel on the future of whistleblowing.

Super interesting perspective!

Criminal. "There’s been a major increase in the number of patients with advanced H.I.V. symptoms, a result of losing access to antiretroviral medication." www.nytimes.com/2025/05/30/o...

We need more information on this. Psst...you can deposit information about the government's genetic surveillance in the Psst Safe. psst.org/safe

Company trade secrets: cool Company 'we are building everyone an AI companion' secrets: suspicious. Somehow the 'humanity' thing seems a bit lost. Insiders who are concerned can deposit at Psst.org/safe

We created Psst Safe @psst-org.bsky.social as a new tool to give the public insight into how Big Tech/Big AI are shaping our lives for profit. www.wired.com/story/amber-...

How to say 'I have no idea how nonprofits work' without saying it.

Check out our work in Wired!

@psst-org.bsky.social is featured in Wired! "What makes Psst unique is something it calls its “information escrow” system—users have the option to keep their submission private until someone else shares similar concerns about the same company or organization."

I still remember a supervisor telling me "oh it's just his personality" when trying to report a boss who used foul sexist misogynistic language in a unit where all coworkers were men who would say things like -"you should wear skirts more often we love looking up your skirt when you cross your legs"

Important follow up: If the fed govt is going to restrict state oversight, then they need to pass the bipartisan AI whistleblower protection bill, quickly. More here from @psst-org.bsky.social : open.substack.com/pub/psstpsst...

And it needs a whole lot more oversight and AI whistleblower protections. Support the bipartisan Grassley / Klobuchar bill: open.substack.com/pub/psstpsst...

If they are going to cut state oversight off at the knees, then they need to pass the Grassley Klobuchar AI whistleblower protections bill, pronto. At @psst-org.bsky.social we support the proposed protections: open.substack.com/pub/psstpsst...

Our review of the sequel... open.substack.com/pub/psstpsst...

Another independent oversight panel bites the dust - more opportunity for the fed govt to keep information from the public. We set up @psst-org.bsky.social to make it easier to report truth to the public, safely and collectively.

Psst...so guidelines will now be written without oversight or public meetings. Hopefully there will be insiders who shed light on what's happening for the public's benefit. We must protect them - @psst-org.bsky.social is set up to do so.

Psst...what exactly is Palantir doing? Without congressional oversight into their government dealings, we need insiders to tell us the story. @psst-org.bsky.social

Psst...lack of whistleblowing protections in Australia make it hard to tell the truth. @psst-org.bsky.social

Incredible series by a fantastic non-profit media outlet. With Pro Publica nabbing the top prize, non-profit news is here to stay.

Beyond floored by the incredible panels and people at #LoganSymposium2025 Some highlights—including a very nice sign…

We're very excited to join this incredible network of organizations providing free support to whistleblowers! Keep fighting the good fight. 💪

But real friends don’t mine your data 🤔

An underrated takeaway from this case - Apple staff is pressured from the very top of the organization to openly flout the rule of law.

The knowledge of the DOGE data grab comes from two insiders who reported what they know. In addition to updating the privacy act, we urgently need to update protections for whistleblowers. @psst-org.bsky.social @juliaangwin.com

Psst…dangerous precedent. Be Safe! Don’t just Signal a journalist, we’ll help you tell your story without The State coming after you. @psst-org.bsky.social

European innovation (and why I miss Europe), in one pic. IYKYK

Spoiler alert... the answer is yes! Our board member extraordinaire @maryinman.bsky.social tells FT how whistleblower compensation isn't just the right thing to do, but also a way for governments to uncover wrongdoing that might otherwise stay hidden (looking at you, United Kingdom).

Psst... “The UK right now has a chance to leapfrog the US.” As Psst board chair, @maryinman.bsky.social, explains in the FT yesterday, drawing on her deep experience representing high profile corporate whistleblowers. @psst-org.bsky.social

Again, whistleblowers are necessary. @psst-org.bsky.social

What a fun podcast!

Psst...imagine how scared those who don't have her protections feel? We need to make sure people can come forward with information securely and without fear of retribution. @psst-org.bsky.social

Psst...his team is already smearing the reporter and sources, same as he has always done. We knew his tactics to avoid truth before he was confirmed - and instead of making it easier to expose truth, it has become harder. @psst-org.bsky.social thehill.com/opinion/whit...

Psst...we wrote about the common practice of smearing sources before the Sec of Def won confirmation. It's not like people didn't know: thehill.com/opinion/whit...

This 1000 times. Psst.org offers tech and government whistleblowers legal, security, storytelling, career and even psychosocial support at no cost to them. There are a few sm entities like us doing GREAT work. Despite everyone knowing w'bers are critical for democracy, $$ is very hard to come by.

Listen to whistleblowers!

How ironic - at the same time DHS is chilling employees who may have provided public interest info to reporters, AG Bondi has said that there will be no investigation of the highly sensitive, and most likely classified, shared by high ranking officials w/a journalist on a Signal chat. #SignalGate
