My older sister contracted polio in the early 1950's. The virus left her with permanent brain damage that caused her much suffering in her lifetime. I came along after the Salk vaccine and was spared, along with millions of other children and adults. I can't believe this is an issue in 2024.

One of the driving forces of Donald Trump is contempt -- for the country, the Constitution, for decency itself. The abject unfitness of his staff picks reek of it. Awed by his own magnificence, he knows he can shit on the country in public and still be the greatest president who ever lived.
