This passage from The Dispossessed is hitting so hard #scifi #ursulaleguin

Hey friends - The world sucks but the answer is not less comedy, it’s more. Not less art, more. Make it angry. Make it funny. Make it beautiful.

Started watching the #SNL 50th special and honestly the biggest emotional impact for me was seeing GE Smith playing his Tele 🥲🎸

Northern #Wisconsin is gorgeous y’all

I’m about 2/3 of the way through Maynard James Keenan’s bio published in 2016. Last year I read Dave Grohl’s. Of the two, I gotta say that Keenan’s is waaaaay more interesting to me. (cont.)

Is the banking system in the US coming unglued rn? There are like 3 separate system-to-system issues fouling up my personal and small business finance solutions; across different banks, connectivity platforms, and end user solutions. It’s bad

I like how it took 20+ years for enough people to be convinced that a USB plus should 1) be the same in both ends and 2) have no “up” or “down” way to plug it in

Reading Maynard Keenan’s 2016 biography and something strikes me: The Midwestern cultural mileau of someone 15 yrs my senior is far more similar than someone 5 yrs the other direction

I used this feature to try and make coffee in a drip coffee machine by volume (# of tablespoons) vs my typical & superior method of using volume. It was wrong, there was a bit of a mess, but I did have coffee to drink that tasted a bit too strong but still good. 4/10

Antelope Canyon in northern #Arizona - Incredible

Someone told they have a friend that’s excited about AI because it could someday make money obsolete And I struggled to keep a straight face so hard y’all

Okay, the other night I did my occasional “Friday night spaceout scrolling” and, for the first time, this platform had mire of my attention than Meta’s equivalent That’s progress

There's this scene from Bradley Cooper's 2023 Bernstein biopic, "Maestro," where they do this LOOOOOONG performance scene in a cathedral. I don't think about it frequently but when I do, I seriously think that's one of the most emotionally moving scenes of a movie I've ever watched. It was amazing

The coworking space I belong to in Eau Claire uses my business’ #coffee - Happiness on multiple levels ☕️💕
