People may want to think twice about how you share information about trans inclusive venues. We know transphobes love applying media pressure and funding litigation and they are probably eager to get some more wins. Don't give them a menu of organisations to target.

Am I completely mistaken, or is "I thought they were trans" now a magic spell that people can say to just exclude anyone from any gendered space. Doesn't matter if they are trans or not, the fact that there's no way to prove someone is trans also means there's no way they can say they're not.

The EHRC know it is not possible for an organisation to know which workers and service users are trans, which is why it's conspicuously absent in the intermediary statement. This is a statement made to pressure organisations that would otherwise rightly ignore the ruling for being unworkable.

Question: I've seen people justifying making trans people using the wrong toilets by saying "men won't care if trans women use the men's". Is there benefit to cis men objecting or does this worsen the problem of trans women being demonised and not being allowed to just fucking piss?
