My desire for tech ethics is not to be the convenient idiots. Trotted out to play the foil for the tech bros, applauded and snapped by the public, only to be shelved until the next appropriate moment where the veneer of accountability is required.

During Occupy, I took a course and participated in civil disobedience. It was not only educational, it was comforting to know of a safety net outside our state. Civil disobedience requires a network of support to make it available for all. Can anyone share networks or resources here or in DM?

J. Doe 2 is a USAID cybersecurity employee. On 30 Jan, they were told to give access to DOGE people who are “hackers.” J. Doe 2 told bosses this. They learned DOGE was given root access. Now, they could take over systems. 1 Feb, DOGE granted themselves access to areas requiring security clearance.
