I’ve made a few decisions recently. One of them is, my industry needs people like me - partly to keep them honest, and also because I’m one of the best in the world at what I do. The other is, “what I do” is being devalued and dismissed as an add-on or “nice to have”.

I prefer to be gentle, thoughtful, bit spoddy. But I don’t like bullies. And I can either argue - or punch them back into their chairs. I’m not massively happy that I can do this, but I can when there’s no other (helpful) option. I’m also quite good at it. 🤷🏼‍♀️ It’s useful when finding peace.
