I always laugh when I see someone tell someone else to #touchgrass. But honestly, if you're lucky enough to have a backyard, I highly recommend getting barefoot and walking your backyard. It's something special. Hell, walk someone else's backyard... seriously, reconnect. It'll do ya good.

I was late to the party on the whole freezing your tofu thing. What a difference! Made these sesame/ginger tofu bites last night with some garlicky asparagus. The flavors were amazing! And the texture was perfect. So, lesson learned. Freeze your tofu. #vegan #whatveganseat #dancancook
