This is so brain damaged. It was the funniest episode they've done in a long time.

The media can't stop clutching its pearls, insisting that the Giants trade up for a mediocre QB class. It doesn't really matter what veteran they sign.

Oddly enough, Daniel Jones making 10m on a prove it deal is probably the best Giants QB option for 2025 if it could happen.

There's like 10 games this year, including tonight, where the Nets were winning comfortably through three quarters, and just openly tanked late.

None of the Matthew Stafford rumors make any sense.

I’m sure it’s just my TDS, but I think Trump is proving to be exactly as bad as we said he was going to be and people who acted like we were hysterical should be embarrassed they didn’t do more to try and stop it.

I don't think the Nets are super talented, but they're very well coached, and IMO would have definitely gotten to .500 this year if they weren't openly tanking. And now they're just...not tanking? Why?

A nation roots for the Chiefs.

Washington didn't play any defense all year, so why start now.

MLB isn't really attracting a lot of young fans. I wonder if it was, there would be widespread anti-Dodger hate like there was for the Yankees in the early 2000s.

The Commanders basically have three good players (Daniels/McLaurin/Robinson), none of them on defense, and yet are now in the conference title game. Insane, although it underscores how hitting on a QB can change everything.

I regret to inform NBA twitter that they probably need to start paying attention to Ace Bailey again.

Darnold is definitely going to be a Giant at this rate.

The Patriots should want Vrabel, but it's pretty clear he was the choice from the start and they mocked the Rooney rule.

I don't think Brian Daboll was directly the problem this year, but there's a risk that losing so much loses the team permanently. Wasn't the case to fire Schoen but keep Daboll much stronger, even understanding that rarely happens in the NFL?

Keeping Baalke is actually way worse than keeping Schoen.

It's actually extremely funny if the Giants tank today because Daboll was told he's safe (even if he isn't), but the Patriots try and win because Mayo was left dangling.

There's still time for the Bulls to blow it, but, lol. I'll take what I can get with the Devils on a losing streak.

@nickbpss.bsky.social beat writers think Schoen and Daboll stay, national writers think Daboll is fired. Although supposedly Joe Judge was safe three years ago until he wasn't. I actually think Daboll has a better case to stay than Schoen.

Optimum dropping MSG hurts the Devils, but it hurts the Dolans and their teams more, so it's a net positive in my book.

The Heat/Butler saga is wonderful given what they tried to pull with Lillard.

@nickbpss.bsky.social two good games from KT in a row. I'm assuming they're going to pick up his option and decline Neal's.

I will stake a claim now. The worst possible thing would to be to pay a king's ransom to the Patriots for a QB you don't even think is really good. Given they were morons today, just go BPA and get a defender.
