Spent some time today after work cleaning up the network closet since it still needs to be used as a closet. I also swapped the Cloud Gateway Ultra for a Cloud Gateway Max, just in time for #ubiquiti to announce even faster gateways. (Shrugs)

With the beginning of spring around the corner, the lawns have been scalped, pre-emergent is down and Humichar is being liberally applied whenever I can get it out. Consider this the first of many future progress photos.

Another 40lbs bag of Humichar, PGF and Barricade sitting in the garage. This rain has been a blessing to drive the previous fertilizer into the soil. Next week we’ll throw down more Humichar, Barricade and possibly PGF to get the soil prepped for growing season. I will have the greenest lawn!!

Spent the last 8 hours taking the PE (principles of engineering) exam for my engineering license. My brain is mush. Just to get to this point requires four years (at least) of college, a bachelors in engineering, and 4 years of experience under a licensed PE. Results will post next week!

Turning lemons into lemonade. Our HVAC took a dump last week. It wasn’t in bad shape but it was nearing end of life. Took this opportunity to upgrade to a #Daikin Fit variable speed AC and dual fuel furnace. Already noticing a difference with uniformity of heat. Wonder what the AC will be like.
