If you are feeling overwhelmed, it makes perfect sense. I want to once again offer that it's so much better to immerse yourself in only one or two things. Follow the news about just those focus areas. Importantly find concrete small actions to take in those specific areas. Key is consistency.

Wow, that was fast. Irving Energy, company that provides propane/fuel oil customers in New England, says it will pass on the full 10% tariff cost to all their customers immediately (reposting with fixed figure - meant to say 10%, not 30%)

Brought #SammyCat in for her semi-annual check up (at ~21 years old it's good to get the oil checked a and a tune-up a little more frequently). We wait for bloodwork as we monitor her balky thyroid and her kidneys. But all in, still just going with her own flow.

In non-sad cat news, today marks the 19th year Ms. Sammy has been a part of our lives. Sassy & funny in her own stoic way (Her's is a dry wit). she commands an absolute piercing stare that says she refuses to tolerate any of your bullshit while also cutting into your heart saying "you'll be ok."
