I was given a task from my therapist recently to create a little card to give safe people when I feel a panic spiral coming on. Because sometimes asking for help is hard when you're in the thick of it. My key points were safety, nourishment, and distraction. #MentalHealth #ArtTherapy

As fast as I crochet sometimes, I wish it didn't take so long to make a big project. What do you mean it takes more than two weeks to make a crisscross basket weave stitch blanket? Do you have a weird affectionate term for small animals and/or children? I tend to refer to small creatures, including my cat as a "little chicken" and it confuses people when I don't actually have a chicken.
