NEW from the ERA5 dataset April 2025 ends at 1.51°C above the 1850-1900 average. 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 21𝙨𝙩 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙤𝙛 22 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙫𝙚 1.5°𝘾 The current 12-month running mean is 1.58°C, marginally down from last month’s 1.59°C (As always this is preliminary awaiting final confirmation next week.)
