Nature Retakes Turner Mill Turner Mill Spring, in the southern Missouri Ozarks, pours 1.5 million gallons of water daily into the nearby Eleven Point River. There had been mills here since around 1850, but this one was installed around 1915. The area is now supervised by the U.S. Forest Service.
