No Rules Tonight has an incredibly complex, unbelievably nerdy easter egg running through the entire book. I had to make up a lot of business names to fill out backgrounds. Instead of overthinking every one, I just used a theme. I hid the name of every character Song Kang Ho ever played in there.

I'm pretty excited about this new project with Comic Books for Justice "I, Comic." No, it's not for sale... it's being distributed free of charge to every incarcerated person in New York to spread creativity and literacy, which will immediately make it the most read comic I've ever made.

I'm only two episodes into The Studio, but HOT DANG. Most shows now are a single episode idea stretched out across a season. So far, these are stand-alone stories with unique reasons to exist packed with comedy, heartwrenching artistic drama, technical wizardry, and nerdy as hell concepts.

Just remembering this trip and wishing I could make it to speak where our books were banned in Kentucky. Head to your local school, library, and city council meetings to make your voices heard! Too often, only the worst people show up to fight to make things worse.

I just did an interview where the truth of our books was questioned, given that Hyun Sook was only 5 years old during the events depicted. Turns out Google's AI has mashed up author Kim Hyun Sook and K-Drama actor Kim Hyun Sook and any time you Google our books it says Hyun Sook was born in 1978.
