Usually when I attend an NBA game, I have a lot of trash talk lined up. However, next week I’ll be attending the Spurs v. Rockets. Yes, I’ll be yelling GO SPURS GO and I’ll be decked out in Spurs gear. But, I’ve also have grown very fond of the Rockets and love them. Talk about a heart divided!

I’ve been making an effort to eat whole nutrient dense foods. Rules I live by: Did it grow on a tree? Did it come from the ground? Did it have a mom and dad? Processed foods are tasty but it doesn’t mean they’re good for you. Thanks for coming to my TED talk. Enjoy your Sunday.

Few thoughts from All Star weekend: -Sad that Jalen Brunson was knocked out in the 1st round. -CP3 & Wemby trying to weasel their way in the Skills was dumb. -Stephon Castle has been my favorite Spurs player this season and the Dunk challenge proved it! He can fly!

Sometimes it’s hard to wrap my head around how much the Lord protects our lives. He’s fought battles on my behalf. Some that I’ve been aware of and some I never knew about. It’s the latter that is astonishing to me. I suppose that’s the truest form of love.
