Good morning and happy week! Fun to remember that while Cox's voice performance was excellent, all of Gustave's face/motion capture is by his French counterpart, who did a fantastic job at bringing the character to life. (Also: 4 hours is all it took to voice Gustave? Damn!)

I played Minecraft. My friend @cerealvsgame.bsky.social taught me the ropes. We went into a HUGE cave, went all the way to the bottom of the world (bedrock), found a Minotaur that killed Cereal. We tried to escape, but ended up in another opening with more enemies that killed us. 10/10.

I've been unsuccessful in obtaining the Scions and Spellcraft commander deck. Not that I care about the format, but I like the cards that (only) come in it. Local stores fumbled this release by not bringing enough product - of any kind. Today's pre-release didn't have enough kits! A mess.

People are taking CP2077 at #1 to mean that no one is buying game key cards, but that's not the full story. 1. This launch mirrors the Switch 1 launch and early years where late ports of third party games did not necessarily sell well. 2. CP2077 was the 3P technical showcase for Switch 2.

While it's easy to assume this is a "already bought/played elsewhere" case, I wonder how that applies to Cyberpunk 2077, the "best selling 3rd party game" which has been released elsewhere. I imagine the cost of the console + Mario Kart has weight. Not everyone can buy a new console + extra games.
