So, this is bad. These look to all be pretty common generics. Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen sold through Amazon and Wal-Mart, Naproxen, some statins, nitro, antipsychotics, MS medication. Apparently, they weren't cleaning their equipment generating cross-contamination.
