i could replace the board for cheap, but i learned my lesson about working on displays a while ago- for some reason its common practice to use plastic clips right against the panel. not poking that bear unless i need to

i just replaced my primary bc it shit the bed after a few months (thankfully costco had my back on that), and today i find out that my secondary has a dying hdmi port. its wayy out of warranty, but its not a big deal atm so i'll just ignore it
