Link to actual "10% cap" bill is below. Reality of this is that this would eliminate credit access to millions of people and/or small businesses. This bill is flawed, it should be written as capped percentile over base rate, not just saying "10%" which could end up being a number below buy rate.

Tesla's CEO projecting "1000%" projections for the company are beyond ridiculous. China's BYD models more than doubled the sales of Tesla in 2024 (BYD: 4,272,145 units vs. Tesla: 1,789,226) that's before the recent self-inflicted collapse of Tesla's business. America has already lost the EV race.

Geriatric healthcare is a time bomb. Currently in the US, someone disabled who rents a room in a basic assisted living facility easily pays $15,000 a month. $15K A MONTH. Typical out of pocket for a child who helps pay for that may be $500/month. The rest, currently, is Medicare + Medicaid.
