I guess if I want my horror game to be more 'authentic', it has to be PS2 exclusive, hard region-locked for no reason, and only sold for 2 months in the cobweb-laden back corner of 1 specific store, until a controversy over violent fan art gets it banned and used broken copies start going for $900+

I wanted to make a public doc for the development of my horror game idea. I was going to include: Character wiki, worldbuilding notes, story and chapter summaries, endings and ways your character can die or survive, and maybe items. I think that's good but if you have any ideas, I'm open to them.

Since I may be posting more from it, why is my project called Good Night, Tortureland? The title is kind of plot relevant - the story at its core is about how one act of cruelty can ripple throughout centuries - even change a wonderland to a place of evil. Plus also I just liked how it sounded.

Before it was co-opted by corps., I did think there was promise in A I imaging for capturing the fickle, uncanny look of dreams. A I being used for surprisingly accurate audio-visual dream journals would have been so much better than being (ab)used to clog the internet's arteries...
