A Story for the Ages theconversation.com/tracing-the-...

I'd be somewhat cautious about organising events in the UK towards the end of this month which may involve strenuous outdoor activity, especially for the vulnerable, given the weather forecasts. Relieved that "Global Warming" is just a Soros financed Marxist plot, or I'd be getting a bit worried.

The BBC continues its increasingly overt courting of reactionaries by all means; in its "What the Papers say", choice of prominence goes to the usual suspects and their rape gang obsession, far more newsworthy than the possible start of WW3. www.bbc.com/news/article...

I was a 70's YUPPIE. After a wildly debauched weekend centred around Bowie's Ziggi Stardust concert at the Rainbow, I was just about holding myself together at a monday lunch with high powered Japanese execs in the Hiroko restaurant, when in walked... David Bowie. Cue: spilt saké.

Well, fuck white evangelical protestants, and all the other "religious" extremists in the world www.bbc.com/news/article...

The Oakland stadium has 40-70 metre boundaries and drop in pitches. Just so long as everyone makes money, that's the main thing. #cricket www.espncricinfo.com/story/mlc-20...
